I'm a New Customer, What Do I Do?

We always recommend you contact us if you have any questions, need guidance, or are just looking for information.

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

Our turnaround time is commonly 2 weeks from the time the order is placed.

Who provides the garments?

We can source thousands of garments from hundreds of brands. Before you buy check with us to see if we can source it and save you some money!

For printing services we do not allow garments to be brought in or dropped off.

For embroidery services we allow you to provide garments by dropping them off or having them drop shipped to our location.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Most vendors allow a 2-to-3-day delivery time for garments, fabric, or accessories, when there is stock available.  Depending on the manufacturer of the item delay time varies if the item is entirely out of stock. For the majority of garments there are comparable alternatives from other companies.

What File Formats Are Supported?

We can work with almost any file format, scanned image, or hand-drawn copy.   Other formats will need to be vectorized or digitized before we can work with them.

If you already have vector-file formats (.ai, .eps, .svg, and .cdr) or digitized files (.dst, .ofm, and .cnd), we can work directly with those files.

What is Digitizing and Vectorizing?

Digitizing and vectorizing are becoming more similar to each other, but they are still not the same process:

Digitizing specifically deals with embroidery-stitching files.  It is the process of creating a design by inputting stitch-points for the machines to follow when they sew.

Vectorizing can be performed on any artwork, from print work to cut-and-print or cut-and-sew work.  For the majority of our vector work, basic outlines of the image are created, to tell the machine where to cut the material.

Payment & Shipping

All major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Venmo.  Please note we will not start production without a 50% deposit on the entire order.

Shipping is handled by USPS for most orders under 10lbs and UPS for orders in excess of 10lbs. Local deliveries (within 15 miles) are made by us and are free.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Online and in store credit card processing is handled by PayPal and their security. Although other methods may be inherently offered through our website and Etsy,  we always recommend PayPal or PayPal CC Checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom items, unless the product is not what was invoiced, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Please contact us to see if an item qualifies.  We inspect all items being worked on to ensure none are damaged when you get them.

Thank you for shopping with us!
